Andrew, Danil, & Maxim

I met Andrew thanks to an introduction from Vitaly, founder of Adapty. If I have to be honest, the first time I saw their app I wasn’t sure about the possiblitiies of selling it: it was very niche, students audience, when most of the sales we were managing (and seeing on the market) were Utilities and Health & Fitness. But if something I was sure about, is that we were going to push hard to get them a great exit.

I met Andrew first in July 2025 and started working together in September 2025. We got all of us quickly in a whatsapp group, with Danil, co-founder of Noji, and Kostas from EHVM.

September 23rd we signed. September 29th we got the first interested buyer. A week after I’ve met the CEO in person, and they ended up submitting an offer. October 9th we updated financials, and discussed the strongest picth positioning considering company details. October 15th-30th new buyers interested joined the process. By November we were having a buyers bidding war.

And that’s the best that can ever happen, for the bankers and for the founders. Have not 1, not 2, but more than 3 interested companies actively submitting offers, meeting the founders, and checking daily on their chances of getting a deal done.

Until they met DelightHub, their final buyer. Still, as of today, it has been the strongest fit ever. From the minute 5 of the call I could tell they were going to close together. And it did.

The deal itself went well beyond the deal, as they were many offers and naturally some of them stronger. But when it feels right, it does.

Couple months after the final signature, EHVM sponsored a trip for Noji team to meet DelightHub in person and celebrate in their country, South Korea.

We all spent three days of a full Korean experience: Kimchi , Bibimbap, Bulgogi , and Samgyeopsal , office space, a CEO summit, and a Monetization conference in the middle.

Today, Andrew became a close friend of the house, giving even presents to other founders looking to exit. If you happen to come across Andrew, please say hi, it won’t be a miss!
